Your tabs, in order
Getting Started
1
Start on HomeTap ✎ Add names & date — your invitation card and countdown come to life.
2
Tick off your ChecklistEvery task is pre-loaded, 12 months to "I do". Tap a circle to tick it, or ✎ to add your own note to any task.
3
Track your BudgetChoose your currency at the top of the tab and everything updates to match.
Type estimates, real costs and payments. The balances do their own maths.
Mark anything paid in one tap.
Enter a Total budget and one cost, and a note tells you exactly how far under or over you're tracking.
Everyone & Everything
4
Guests, and their repliesAdd everyone, then set their invitations and replies.
Set your events first, at the top of the Guests tab. Six are ready to go — rename them, remove any you’re not having, or add your own with ✎ Edit events, or add your own. You can have up to ten.
Then choose which of those events each guest is invited to.
Note their side, whether they're a child, and any dietary needs.
Got a whole list already? Tap Add several guests at once and paste it in, one name per line.
Something not on the buttons — a shellfish allergy, low FODMAP? Type it into the box underneath and it carries through to every list and report.
Under RSVP here, tap an event and mark each guest ✓ Yes or ✗ No.
The one thing to knowThe moment you mark a guest ✓ Confirmed for an event, they appear on that event’s seating plan waiting for a chair. Nobody shows up in Seating until they’re confirmed, so your tables only ever hold people who are actually coming.
5
Vendors & quotesTrack every supplier you're considering — contact details, quotes, and booking status, all in one place.
6
Seating, one event at a timeEvery event keeps its own separate seating plan, so nothing ever gets mixed up.
At the top of the tab, choose which event you're setting up.
Add a table and set how many seats it holds.
Tap a name to seat them. Everyone still waiting sits under Still to seat, which empties as you go and turns into a tick when everyone has a chair.
Each table shows a green seated count that turns red if you've put more people there than it holds.
Photographer, celebrant, band?Add anyone who isn't a wedding guest as an extra seat. They show in grey and count towards the table's capacity, but stay off your guest list and your numbers.
7
Your wedding day run sheetBuild the day hour by hour, from first coffee to final farewell.
+ Add new event puts a moment at the bottom of the list.
+ Add new event below on any event slots one in exactly where it belongs.

Watch for the amber Save barMost of the planner saves the instant you type. A few places need you to tap Save: adding or editing a run sheet event, renaming your events, and writing a checklist note.
You won’t miss itAs soon as you start typing, an amber Not saved yet bar and the Save button lift to the bottom of your screen and follow you as you scroll. They disappear the moment you save. If you can see that amber bar, something is still waiting.

Guests & RSVPs
✉How this tab works
The three steps on this tab
1. Your events come first. Rename them, remove any you’re not having, or add your own — everything else on this tab follows from them.
2. Add your guests, one at a time or by pasting a whole list, and choose which events each person is invited to.
3. Record their replies under RSVP here. Marking someone ✓ Confirmed is what puts them on that event’s seating plan.
1
Your wedding events
Start here — your guest list, seating plans and reports all follow from these.
Set these up before you add anyone. Each guest is invited to the events you choose, and every event keeps its own replies, its own seating plan and its own printed lists.
These are your wedding events. Rename any of them, remove the ones you’re not having, or add your own — Welcome Drinks, Recovery Brunch, Sangeet, anything at all. Up to 10 events. Replies carry over when you rename, and your events flow through every list, seating plan and printed report.

Adding someone

Enter their name and choose their group.

Seating plan
1
Choose the event
Each one has its own tables and its own seating.
Every event keeps its own tables and its own seating. Switch here to plan a different one — nothing is mixed up or lost.
⚭Three steps, in order
1. Choose the event at the top. Each one keeps its own tables, so nothing gets mixed up.
2. Add your tables. Names are optional — blank ones become Table 1, Table 2.
Then on each table, Seats set up has − and + buttons — set it to match the real table. The green seated count turns red the moment you put more people there than it holds.
3. Seat your guests — under Table details, tap + Seat a guest at this table on any table and choose a name.
Only guests marked ✓ Confirmed for that event can be seated. You confirm people under RSVP here on the Guests tab — everyone confirmed but not yet placed shows under Still to seat. Need a chair for the band, photographer or celebrant? Add them as an extra seat on any table.
2
Add your tables
Set how many seats each one holds. Naming them is optional.
Add a table
Name it if you like — Head Table, Bride’s family — or leave it blank and it’s simply Table 1, Table 2.
How many people can sit at it?
Tap − or + to match your real table.
You can change this later. If you ever seat more people than the table holds, its count turns red so you’ll spot it straight away.
You’ll be taken straight to your new table to start seating people.
+Know how many tables you need?
Set them all up in one go, then name them later if you like.
3
Seat your guests
On each table below, tap Seat a guest at this table and choose someone.
